My stay at Le Clos Saint-Louis was good, thanks to its charming decor and excellent location near all the attractions in Old Quebec City. I enjoyed a cozy atmosphere and found the room beautifully furnished, although the lack of staff on-site was a little unusual. Carrying my luggage up the stairs was a workout, but I appreciated the quaint feel of the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience, though it could improve in terms of service.

My room was beautifully decorated, featuring a four-poster bed and charming wooden beam ceilings. However, I had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs to get there, which may not be ideal for everyone.
Service
6.0
While the self check-in process was smooth, I didn't see any staff during my stay, which was a bit strange. It would have been nice to have someone available for assistance or questions.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect for walking around Old Quebec City. I could easily access all the historic sites and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the quaint neighborhood.
Dining

Breakfast at La Buche was included when I booked through the hotel’s website, and I loved the variety of options available, especially the fresh fruit. The dining setup was simple but pleasant.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel itself was lovely and well-furnished, although it lacked an elevator and valet service. The kitchen area could use better stocking for coffee and glasses, but that didn't detract too much from my overall experience.

I had a lovely stay at Le Clos Saint-Louis, a charming boutique hotel located right in the heart of Quebec City. The unique vintage architecture and central location made it easy to explore everything. While the lack of an elevator could be a challenge for some, I found the cozy decor and helpful staff made up for it. One downside was that my room sometimes got a bit hot at night, but it didn't ruin my overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Le Clos Saint-Louis, with its charming atmosphere and great location near all the attractions in Old Quebec. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though I found mine a bit smaller than expected. While the self-service aspect made things feel a tad impersonal, the staff was helpful via text when I had questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, especially thanks to the good breakfast options close by.

The spacious room was comfortable, although the absence of an elevator made carrying my luggage up the stairs a bit of a challenge. Overall, it was a good experience with minor hiccups regarding room temperature and staff availability.

I had a mostly fantastic stay at Le Clos Saint-Louis, thanks to its charming ambiance and perfect location. The historic decor and my cozy room added to the experience, but I did face some minor hiccups like limited staff availability and some cleanliness issues. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

My room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy sitting area, but the bathroom could use some renovation. I loved the old Victorian style, though the space was a bit cramped in spots.

The staff was friendly and helpful at securing restaurant reservations, but communication mostly happened via text, which felt a bit more like an Airbnb experience than a hotel. I'd appreciate more on-site presence.
